Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving this parcel.Custom policies and import duties vary from country to country, hence MoonDenim has no control over them and cannot provide information on their cost.
Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

– You can return items within 14 days for a full refund, minus shipping cost.
– Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed with all labels and tags attached.
– Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase.

– All items marked 50% off and 70% off are FINAL SALE.
– All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
– If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
