Terms
Processig Time
Please allow our team 1-2 business days to pick and pack your order. Shipping schedules are in addition to our processing schedules. Please keep in mind that during busy, sale, and promotional periods, there may be minor delays.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the estimated delivery time frame because estimated delivery dates are only guidelines. Moon Denim is also not liable for any delays, missing, lost, or stolen packages delivered by our couriers. Please contact your courier service directly if there is a problem with your delivery.
Returns
Returns must be requested returned to us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it. If you require an exchange, replacement size, or alternative item/s, you must place a new order using the credit note that was provided. We cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock due to the rapid turnover of stock.
Please keep in mind that we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed defective.
To return an item, please send an email to contact@moondenim.com and request a return form. We will not accept return that do not include a form.
Terms and condtions
The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Please be cautious when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments with makeup marks, stains, or the odor of perfume or body odour. The item(s) in question must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Moon Denim reserves the right to deny any item/s that are not returned in their original condition, without the tag attached, or smelling of body odour/perfume, marks/stains, and will return the item/s to the customer.
Return costs are your responsibility; we do not provide free returns. We will be unable to process your return if the package does not arrive safely. To avoid problems, we recommend using a postal service with tracking.
Faulty items
If you received a faulty item, please email us at contact@moondenim.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next step. Moon Denim will inspect all returned items and determine whether or not they are faulty. Items that have already been worn are not considered defective.
Policy of cancellations
Once an order has been placed, no cancellations or changes can be made.
